ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks including, but not limited to:
  • Washing dishes using dishwasher.
  • Washing pots and pans in three-compartment sink.
  • Taking out garbage.
  • Crushing boxes.
  • Cleaning walls.
  • Cleaning bathrooms.
  • Sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Cleaning concrete slabs (e.g. dumpster, receiving, etc.).
• Sort silverware.
• Keep shelves organized (e.g. utensils, vats, etc.).
• Assist with food preparation as required.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
