You Will Ensure Accurate Data Setup And Smooth System Operations By Supporting Application Configuration, Monitoring System Performance, And Collaborating With Internal Teams And Clients To Deliver Reliable Business Solutions
What you will do?
- Set Up And Import Data Into The Company's Application Based On Customer Requirements
- Monitor Dashboards To Track Data Accuracy And Overall System Performance
- Coordinate With Internal Teams, Clients, And The Marketing Technology Team To Support Daily Operations
- Identify Basic System Or Data Issues, Escalate When Necessary, And Support Issue Resolution
What you will need?
- Bachelor's Degree In Business Computer, Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field
- Fresh Graduates Are Welcome
- Candidates Who Can Start Immediately Will Be Given Special Consideration
- Good Proficiency In Microsoft Excel
- Basic Knowledge Of Power BI Is A Plus
- Willingness To Learn New Systems And Technologies
- Good Communication And Coordination Skills
