Data Analyst

Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 per month

ALFC Insurance Agency Corporation is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with a background in the insurance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business data, preparing management reports, monitoring data accuracy, and providing actionable insights to support business operations and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from various departments.

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, insurance policies, premiums, commissions, and business operations.

• Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and data summaries.

• Identify data discrepancies, trends, and performance gaps.

• Conduct data validation and ensure the accuracy and consistency of company records.

• Provide analysis and recommendations to support management planning and business decisions.

• Coordinate with concerned departments regarding data requirements and reporting.

• Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of company data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Relevant work experience or background in an insurance company is required.

• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and data management.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage.

• Familiarity with insurance operations, policies, premiums, commissions, and sales reports.

• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

• Ability to interpret data and present findings clearly.
