Data Analyst/ Data Engineer
Summary
Designs and maintains Tableau dashboards, analyzes business data, and translates insights into actionable reports for stakeholders.
- Dashboard Design & Building: Design, build, and maintain interactive, high-impact Tableau dashboards and visual reporting solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Engage with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document analytics needs and reporting specifications.
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Analyze data structures to ensure accurate metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and logic representation in front-end dashboards.
- Stakeholder Alignment & Support: Translate complex data findings into actionable insights, providing user training and support to facilitate solution adoption.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 3–4 years of experience in business analysis, data reporting, or analytics roles.
- Core Technical Tool: Hands-on Tableau experience is mandatory. Proven track record of end-to-end dashboard development.
- Industry Background: Open to candidates from all industry backgrounds.
- Languages: Professional fluency in Cantonese and English is required.
- Availability: Immediately available candidates are highly preferred.
