We are looking for a hands-on Data Analyst / Power BI Developer to support an exciting product traceability and compliance programme within an established MNC.

This role offers exposure to Power BI dashboards, SQL, API integration, data automation and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimise interactive Power BI and Excel dashboards to support business reporting and decision-making.

• Develop SQL queries and support API integrations to extract and manage data from third-party platforms.

• Manage ETL processes to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.

• Automate reporting workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.

• Monitor dashboard performance, troubleshoot data discrepancies and improve reporting efficiency.

• Work closely with external platform vendors to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.

• Prepare reports, analyse trends and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Support supplier onboarding and communication for product traceability compliance programmes.

• Coordinate deployment timelines, maintain programme FAQs and gather supplier feedback through surveys.

• Perform data validation and quality checks within the product traceability platform.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or data visualisation.

• Strong hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard development and advanced Excel.

• Working knowledge of SQL, databases and data extraction.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, API integration and ETL processes.

• Experience in dashboard maintenance, data validation or vendor coordination is advantageous.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
