Lead a major enterprise data transformation and help turn data capability into products that deliver real business value.
We’re looking for an experienced Data Delivery Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead a significant data delivery programme, working across multiple technical squads and business stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead end-to-end delivery across two cross-functional data squads and a business change/enablement workstream.
- Own delivery planning, dependencies, risks, budgets and reporting to senior leadership.
- Drive the delivery of data products from platform through to production and business adoption.
- Partner with Product Owners, Data Leads, engineers, analysts and business SMEs to ensure products deliver measurable value.
- Lead business change, adoption, training and transition into BAU.
- Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager, Programme Manager or Data Delivery Manager within enterprise-scale data or technology programmes.
- Proven experience delivering modern data platforms and data products, including medallion architecture.
- Experience delivering NLP, AI/ML or advanced data products into production.
- Strong experience managing multiple delivery squads, complex dependencies and significant budgets.
- Experience with Databricks and dbt, or equivalent modern cloud data platforms and transformation tools.
- Strong Agile delivery, stakeholder management and business change capability.
- A genuine focus on business outcomes, adoption and value — not simply technical delivery.
- Lead a high-profile data transformation with genuine scope to shape how data is delivered.
- Work with a collaborative, high-performing Data & Analytics team.
