You’ll contribute to a broad range of projects, from modern data platforms and cloud data warehouses to AI-powered analytics solutions and enterprise reporting environments.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for Data Engineers at all experience levels, from emerging professionals through to experienced consultants. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing and building modern data platforms and analytics solutions
  • Working with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Developing and maintaining data pipelines, data models, and data warehouse solutions
  • Contributing to cloud-based analytics platforms using Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Snowflake
  • Supporting business intelligence, reporting, and AI initiatives
  • Collaborating with project teams through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Continuously learning and applying emerging technologies and best practices

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

You will have one or more of the following:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Relevant industry experience in data engineering, software engineering, or analytics
  • Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate Certification or equivalent cloud certification

Experience

We welcome candidates across a range of experience levels. Beneficial experience includes:

  • Software engineering or data engineering experience
  • Working with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
  • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices
  • Experience designing, developing, or supporting data warehouse and analytics solutions

Technical Skills

Experience with some of the following technologies is desirable:

  • Microsoft SQL Server (on-premises or Azure)
  • Azure SQL Database
  • Azure Data Factory
  • Microsoft Fabric
  • Azure Synapse Analytics
  • Snowflake
  • Power BI
  • SQL and data modelling
  • Python
  • Databricks or similar data engineering platforms
  • Other modern BI, analytics, or cloud data technologies

Don’t worry if you don’t have experience across every technology listed. We’re more interested in your ability to learn, adapt, and grow.

Desirable Experience

Exposure to any of the following areas will be highly regarded:

  • Predictive analytics and machine learning
  • Financial planning and forecasting solutions
  • Customer analytics and campaign management
  • Real-time data integration and reporting
