Designs, builds, and validates electronic case report forms for clinical research using the OASIS platform, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with study protocols.

The Role
Full-Time, Permanent
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Specialist to join our Transformation team. This role is responsible for the design, implementation, testing, and validation of electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs) and eSource forms within our OASIS platform.
As the subject matter expert for OASIS eSource, you will maintain our form library, build and quality-check study-specific eSource workbooks, support user access and permissions, and ensure consistent standards across NZCR. You'll work closely with study teams to support clinical research projects and contribute to the ongoing development of innovative digital research solutions.
Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Data Science, Health Science, or a related scientific discipline.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret study protocols and requirements.
- Good understanding of scientific concepts and medical terminology.
- Technically confident and able to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Strong organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams while maintaining high quality standards.
- Experience working with data, clinical research systems, or regulated environments would be advantageous.
