Delivery Manager - (banking experience is a plus)

Salary: ₱70,000 – ₱85,000 per month

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, delivery management, or technology program delivery.

• Mandatory experience in banking or financial services technology projects.

• Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

• Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources.

• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or ServiceNow.

• Knowledge of banking systems, digital banking, payment platforms, or core banking applications
