We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join Q-CHANG, a Home & Living service platform under Nexter Digital & Solution Limited, SCG. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team of developers, designers and QA engineers, prioritizing the product backlog, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and communicating risks and roadblocks to stakeholders to drive successful, on-time product delivery.

Delivery Manager

Key responsibilities

• Manage the cross-functional team of developer, designer and QA engineer to deliver the software product in alignment with business strategy and priorities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business and the development team, to make sure product features are aligned with business goals

• Work closely with the product owner to develop and review the product roadmap in alignment with changing situations and business objectives

• Prioritize the product backlog and map out project tasks and dependencies, then assign tasks to team members or communicate with key stakeholders

• Ensure solid business requirements, customer journey and interface design are well translated into technical requirements and solutions

• Oversee the product development stages from planning, solution design, implementation and testing to deployment

• Communicate risks, roadblocks and other difficult topics effectively to all stakeholders to inform or support critical decision making

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development or project management

• Strong knowledge of project management methods and tools to manage workflows, timelines, milestones and resources, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks early

• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban

• Strong technical understanding, including translating business requirements into technical solutions, is considered a significant advantage

• Proven ability to solve complex problems and make decisions that balance priorities, timelines, resources and long-term goals

• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clear escalation of risks and roadblocks

• Demonstrated ownership, self-initiative and commitment to mentoring junior team members

• Experience in Design Thinking, E-commerce or Platform business is considered an advantage
