Summary
12-month contract Delivery Manager (AI/ML Delivery Lead) with Peoplebank, working inside a government agency's AI and data science portfolio in Sydney. Day to day you coordinate AI, ML, data science and GenAI workstreams, move POCs toward production, manage risks and stakeholders, and support Responsible AI governance; AWS/public-cloud experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery across multiple AI and data science workstreams.
- Establish consistent delivery practices, structure and momentum across teams.
- Help progress POCs and pilots towards production where appropriate.
- Coordinate data scientists, engineers and business analysts.
- Identify risks, dependencies and delivery challenges.
- Support AI governance, assurance and Responsible AI activities.
- Experience delivering or coordinating AI, machine learning or data science initiatives.
- Strong understanding of data science/data engineering environments.
- Experience managing complex technical projects or multiple workstreams.
- Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with governance and assurance in technology environments.
- AWS or other public-cloud experience is advantageous.
