Job Purpose:
Design modular houses including 3D’s, shop drawings and BOQ’s. Procure all materials and subcontractors for the site.
Job Duties:
- Use AutoCAD, sketchup or revit and 3Dmax to design and render prefabricated concrete houses of different styles and sizes.
- Develop execution and shop drawings for the houses.
- Extract the bill of quantity and prepare the subcontractor packages.
- Quote and compare the subcontractor offers.
- Coordinate with the client for the design, construction schedule and any contractual issue.
- Prepare drawings and quotations for new houses and provide technical support for the sales team.
Requirements
- Be able to render in 3D.
- Excel knowledge to prepare a BOQ
- People's skills to negotiate with subcontractors.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture and enrolled in the OEA.
