Design Architect

Job Purpose:

Design modular houses including 3D’s, shop drawings and BOQ’s. Procure all materials and subcontractors for the site.

Job Duties:

• Use AutoCAD, sketchup or revit and 3Dmax to design and render prefabricated concrete houses of different styles and sizes.
• Develop execution and shop drawings for the houses.
• Extract the bill of quantity and prepare the subcontractor packages.
• Quote and compare the subcontractor offers.
• Coordinate with the client for the design, construction schedule and any contractual issue.
• Prepare drawings and quotations for new houses and provide technical support for the sales team.

• Be able to render in 3D.
• Excel knowledge to prepare a BOQ
• People's skills to negotiate with subcontractors.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture and enrolled in the OEA.
