This role is exciting because it lets you combine technology, design, and collaboration to shape how projects are built

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Develop, update and maintain 3D BIM models for architectural, structural and MEP disciplines with a strong emphasis on accuracy, coordination, and quality control.
  • Ensure timely submission of BIM models and drawings in line with project requirements and schedules.
  • Organize and manage data to facilitate seamless coordination across disciplines (M&E, ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing Sanitary, etc.).
  • Adhere to the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project-specific modelling standards.
  • Work closely with design teams, project teams and lead engineers to produce coordinated CAD drawings and BIM outputs.
  • Provide accurate BIM deliverables to support design, authority submissions, and construction documentation.

Show your expertise

  • Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Proficiency in BIM Software (AutoCAD, Revit, Naviswork Manage)
  • > 3 years of working experience in Singapore construction industry
  • Familiarity with BIM standards, guidelines, and execution plans
