On-site desktop support role in Pune (2-3 yrs experience) placed at an MNC through Siri Tech Solutions. Day to day: installing and troubleshooting Windows OS, diagnosing hardware/software issues, supporting printers and peripherals, fixing LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, and basic Active Directory work.
