Summary
Entry-level 5-month desktop support contract in Singapore's Central region (Tanjong Pagar, with client sites at Labrador Park or Esplanade MRT), Nov 2025–Mar 2026, Mon–Fri 9am–6pm. Day to day: first-level support for hardware/software/network issues, deploying laptops and desktops, managing user accounts, and logging/escalating tickets. Pays up to S$2,600/month plus an S$800 completion bonus.

Duration of Work: 1 November 2025 to 31 March 2026
Work Days : Monday to Friday
Work Hours : 9AM to 6PM
Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to users for hardware, software and system-related issues.
Configure, set up and deploy laptops, desktops and other IT equipment.
Install and troubleshoot software, applications and basic network connectivity.
Assist users with system and application usage, including providing basic guidance and training.
Manage user accounts, access rights and basic IT configurations.
Log, track and follow up on IT support requests, escalating complex issues when required.
Perform basic IT maintenance and assist with inventory and documentation
Requirements:
Minimum Nitec in Information Technology (IT), Business Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and network troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic IT support procedures.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to provide technical assistance to users.
Willing to learn, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
