DevOps Engineer- 4 months contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate application releases using Aldon , ensuring smooth and compliant deployments.
• Oversee release management activities, including planning, scheduling, approvals, and production implementation.
• Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation to improve deployment efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and infrastructure teams to ensure release readiness and successful delivery.
• Monitor release risks, dependencies, and issues, driving timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with change management, security, and audit requirements.
• Maintain release documentation, deployment procedures, and operational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in release management and DevOps practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in application support, release management, and software delivery within enterprise-scale environments.
• 3+ years of experience managing complex application releases and coordinating cross-functional teams across development, testing, and production environments
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the Aldon tool.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
• Experience working in banking or financial services environments is an advantage.
