Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate application releases using Aldon, ensuring smooth and compliant deployments.
- Oversee release management activities, including planning, scheduling, approvals, and production implementation.
- Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation to improve deployment efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with development, testing, and infrastructure teams to ensure release readiness and successful delivery.
- Monitor release risks, dependencies, and issues, driving timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with change management, security, and audit requirements.
- Maintain release documentation, deployment procedures, and operational standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in release management and DevOps practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in application support, release management, and software delivery within enterprise-scale environments.
- 3+ years of experience managing complex application releases and coordinating cross-functional teams across development, testing, and production environments
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the Aldon tool.
- Practical knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
- Experience working in banking or financial services environments is an advantage.
