In this role you will design an ecosystem for continuous, secure, scalable software delivery, aligning infrastructure with code and supporting business growth. You’ll collaborate across Development and QA to remove bottlenecks and improve reliability in an international, evolving environment. Your work enables transformational projects while contributing to people development and the company strategy. This is a hands-on position with a clear impact on product velocity and security.

Responsabilidades

• Design and optimize end-to-end software delivery lifecycle (CI/CD)
• Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for scalable environments
• Implement monitoring and observability to preempt issues
• Integrate security controls across the development lifecycle
• Bridge between Development and QA teams

Requisitos principales

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent technical education
• Minimum 4 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or similar roles
• Strong knowledge of Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, .NET, React, Angular, etc.
• Experience with Selenium and Cypress
• Azure cloud experience
• Docker and Kubernetes expertise
• Terraform experience
• Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub or similar tools
• Python automation
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Advanced Linux administration
• High English proficiency (C1)

• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
