Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy scalable infrastructure supporting project
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure end-to-end process automation
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements using modern monitoring tools
- Integrate systems and optimize workflows supporting loan application and approval processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or similar field
- Several years of DevOps experience with expertise in CI/CD tools and cloud technologiesStrong understanding of financial services workflows and core banking concepts
- Proficiency in scripting languages, SQL, and monitoring tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written
Nice to have:
- Experience specifically with loan processing or banking systems
- Possess advanced knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies
- Demonstrate experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
