DevOps Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and network security operations.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, highly available, and secure cloud infrastructure.
• Manage cloud environments across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Drive infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
• Manage containerization and orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable automated and reliable software deployments.
• Implement and manage network security controls, including firewalls, VPNs, VPCs, WAF, and network segmentation.
• Ensure cloud security through IAM, access controls, encryption, and vulnerability management.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and reliability using appropriate monitoring and observability tools.
• Establish disaster recovery, backup, business continuity, and high-availability strategies.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure costs, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with development, security, and engineering teams to ensure smooth infrastructure operations.
• Ensure adherence to financial industry security and compliance standards, including PCI DSS wherever applicable.
• Troubleshoot critical production issues and drive root-cause analysis and preventive measures.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and network security.
• Prior experience working with a FinTech, payments, or NBFC organization is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure and production environments.
• Good understanding of network security and cloud security practices.
• Experience with infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and container orchestration.
• Ability to take ownership of infrastructure reliability, security, and operational excellence.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Expertise in cloud architecture, infrastructure provisioning, and cloud operations.
• Experience with VPC, EC2, S3, load balancers, IAM, DNS, and networking.
• Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, and cloud migration.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Linux administration and scripting skills.
• Knowledge of network architecture and security management.
• Experience in firewall configuration and management.
• Understanding of VPN, WAF, VPC, subnetting, and network segmentation.
• Experience with IAM, access management, and security monitoring.
• Knowledge of vulnerability assessment and security hardening.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar monitoring tools.
• Strong production infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in incident management, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization.
