- Supervise all dialysis procedures and ensure safe effective patient care
- Ensure adherence to nephrologist instructions and treatment protocol
- Handle emergency situations during dialysis
- Ensure adequate availability of consumables, medicines and dialysis supplies.
- Maintain patient scheduling and workflow efficiency
- Conduct orientation and on the job training for new staff
Requirements
GNM/Bsc Nursing with Dialysis Experience
Total 8Years of Experience
Experience in a lead role is mandatory
