What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct support, instruction, and supervision in daily living skills
- Assist individuals with personal care, routines, and independence-building activities
- Support participation in community outings, social events, and daily activities
- Maintain accurate documentation, shift notes, and program records
- Assist with medical appointments and related documentation
- Administer medications following proper procedures
- Provide hands-on mobility and physical support as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment
- Support transportation and community access
- Implement behavioral supports and trained safety interventions when required
- Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing staff development
