Durango Mountain Club is an exclusive restaurant and club available to members only. We hold our staff to higher standards than a more casual dining experience so we can provide the premier experience that our members expect. This is a seasonal position from November 7th, 2026 (anticipated) to April 1st, 2027 (anticipated). Dates are subject to change based on the availability of the applicant and needs of the business. Hiring for our seasonal positions occurs on a rolling basis. This position will remain open until filled.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Act as a manager and “go-to” person for DMC staff, members, and guests, anticipating needs and lending assistance.
• Greet guests as they arrive, make them feel welcome, seat them, and ensure that they have everything they need.
• Assist bartender and servers during service.
• Clear and sanitize tables promptly as patrons leave to make it inviting for incoming guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
