β’ Recruit and screen CDL drivers
β’ Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
β’ Manage driver onboarding and orientation
β’ Collect and verify driver documents
β’ Process MVR, PSP, drug test, and Clearinghouse requirements
β’ Monitor driver documentation renewals and updates
Support driver retention and recruitment initiatives
β’ Provide professional communication with drivers throughout the hiring process.
