Dutch Recruiter - Lisbon (Relocation Support)

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dutch Recruiter to manage candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes. In this position, you will lead end-to-end recruitment pipelines, interact with international talent, and help match candidates with top career opportunities.

Position Details & Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Screening: Identify, evaluate, and interview candidates fluent in Dutch for various talent pipelines.
  
• Pipeline Management: Track candidate progress through selection phases and maintain applicant data.
  
• Contract Type: 6-month contract with a 30-day initial trial period.
  
• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,450 gross/month (commensurate with professional experience).
  
• Daily Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (approx. €154/month).
  
• Health Coverage: Full health insurance included from Day 1.
  
• Relocation Package: Full relocation support provided for international applicants moving from abroad + accommodation. (note: flight ticket reimbursement is not included).
  

Candidate Requirements

• Native or C1-level proficiency in Dutch with strong professional English communication skills.
  
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work/residence permit.
  
• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing, or candidate evaluation.
  
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
