Seeking an EAM Business Analyst with expertise in asset data quality, asset lifecycle processes, information management, documentation, and process improvement.Title: EAM Business Analyst
Contract: 12 months + likely extension
Location: Brisbane CBD (Hybrid work)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) lifecycle data management, process documentation, and data quality initiatives.
- Develop and maintain EAM lifecycle processes, business rules, work instructions, and reference documentation.
- Create business advisory content, correspondence, and user guides related to asset lifecycle management.
- Support asset data transfer between enterprise systems and field data collection platforms.
- Assist with process improvements, workflow enhancements, and data quality management activities.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Visio)
- Process improvement and business process documentation
- Work instruction and guide development
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Asset data/lifecycle management support
- Enterprise Content Management (ECM/xECM) experience (desirable)
