Job Title: Edge Support Analyst IoT Operations Support

Location: Pune (Hybrid)
Experience: 3 TO 5 Years

Job Description: We are looking for an Edge Support Analyst to monitor and support IoT devices used in Oil & Gas operations.

The candidate will handle device monitoring, troubleshooting, connectivity issues, and data transfer between edge devices and cloud platforms.

Required Skills:

• Linux / Red Hat
• IoT Protocols: MQTT, OPC-UA, Modbus
• Docker
• AWS / Azure / GCP
• Networking and device troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of SCADA / Industrial Automation (preferred)

Additional Requirements:

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts (24/7).
• Willing to work from Pune (Hybrid).
