1. Job Purpose:

To develop high-potential talent into future operations leaders by providing structured, hands-on exposure across core operational functions such as production, logistics, quality control, supply chain, and process improvement. The trainee will work under the mentorship of experienced professionals to gain in-depth knowledge and practical skills in operational excellence.


2. Key Responsibilities:

Process Familiarization & Execution
Learn and assist in the daily operations of manufacturing, supply chain, or service delivery processes. Understand SOPs, KPIs, and compliance standards.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Participate in process improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, 5S). Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
Cross-Functional Projects
Work on live projects across production, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and quality assurance. Coordinate with multiple teams.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect and analyze operational data. Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for performance review and decision-making.
Compliance & Safety
Support adherence to safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and regulatory requirements in operations. Participate in audits.
Technology & Tools Exposure
Learn operational tools like ERP (SAP, Oracle), WMS, MES, or production scheduling software. Support digital transformation projects.
Shift Supervision (if applicable)
Assist in managing production shifts or warehouse operations under supervision. Help resolve real-time issues.

3. Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.

  • 0–2 years of work experience (internships in operations or manufacturing preferred).

  • Strong interest in process-driven environments and operations management.
