Residential Opportunity | Finniss Lithium Operation, 88 km south of Darwin

Core Lithium is restarting operations at the Finniss Lithium Operation in the Northern Territory, located approximately 88km south of Darwin. With first production activities ramping back up and underground development progressing at BP33, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing operation at a key stage of its development.

We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our growing team at our Finniss Lithium Operation. This is a permanent opportunity working a 5/2 roster, Monday – Friday (10 hour says) 6am – 4pm.

This is a diverse, site-based electrical role supporting the day-to-day operation of our offices, workshops, accommodation village and site infrastructure. No two days will be the same as you work across a broad range of electrical systems, helping ensure the site remains safe, functional and operating efficiently.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Plant Superintendent, you'll become the primary electrical resource supporting our site facilities, utilities and security infrastructure, working closely with operational teams across the mine.

You'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection and repair of electrical systems across the wider operation, including:

• Office buildings and administration facilities

• Site amenities and accommodation infrastructure

• General domestic and commercial electrical maintenance

• Air conditioning and refrigeration systems (where qualified)

• Security systems including CCTV, access control and swipe card systems

• Automated gates, boom gates and associated site access equipment

• Lighting, power distribution and general site utilities

• Preventative maintenance, inspections and fault finding across site services infrastructure

This position offers plenty of variety and would suit someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently and taking ownership of a broad range of electrical responsibilities across an operational mining site.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys practical problem solving and takes pride in delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service.

You'll ideally bring:

• Current Northern Territory Electrical Licence

• Electrical trade qualification

• Experience in domestic and/or commercial electrical maintenance

• Refrigeration and air conditioning qualification or experience (highly desirable)

• Experience working with security systems, CCTV, access control, automated gates or similar infrastructure would be highly regarded

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• A proactive approach with the ability to manage a varied workload independently

• A strong commitment to safety and quality
• Current Australian driver’s licence and full Australian working rights

Core Lithium is an ASX-listed resources company focused on the restart of the Finniss Operation near Darwin in the Northern Territory. With open pit mining at the Grants deposit targeted to recommence in May 2026, feeding the site’s existing lithium processing plant, and underground development at BP33 planned later in the year, the operation is entering an important new phase of production.
