Summary
Provide in-person and online customer support for email backend services, handling inquiries and resolving complaints during set weekday and weekend hours.
Location: Midview City
Working hour: 10am - 7pm (4 Weekdays, 1 Weekend)
Duties:
- Assist customers in person or over online.
- Answer questions and resolve complaints.
Requirement:
- 1 - 2 years experience in Customer Service line
