Job purpose

Ensure panel quality through inspections, defect identification, root cause analysis, and recommending improvements. Collaborate with design teams and provide feedback to meet customer specifications and satisfaction. Drive corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.

Key accountability areas

Inspection and testing:
  • Prepare defect reports for each inspected panel.
  • Test panels to ensure compliance with required specifications and quality standards.
  • Ensure that panels meet customer satisfaction and quality expectations.
Problem identification and resolution:
  • Identify technical issues and analyze the root cause of problems.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify recurring issues and provide corrective actions.
Quality improvement and feedback:
  • Recommend solutions to improve product quality and align with customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback (e.g., design) to improve the quality of the panels.
Customer interaction and support:
  • Attend Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with the customer and ensure their satisfaction with the product.

  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.

  • Solve any related problems that arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
Quality:
  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products, processes, or related activities.
Business process improvements:
  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.
Compliance:
  • Comply with related policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Health, safety, and environment:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products and services.

Academic qualification

Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Work experience

2 to 4 years.
