Job Title: Enterprise Architect

Job Location: Pune

Total Experience: 18 to 22 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement technical solutions for enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements through DevOps practices and ERP implementation.
• Develop product roadmaps, solution architectures, and system designs using TOGAF framework.
• Lead the development of microservices-based systems on AWS cloud platform, utilizing technologies such as .NET, Node.js, Kafka, Devops.
• Domain knowledge on ERP,DMS (Dealer Management System),Automotive, Supply Chain, etc.
• Ensure seamless integration between different components of the system using APIs and messaging queues like Kafka.

Define and govern Excellons overall enterprise architecture, covering:

• Applications and platforms
• Data and analytics
• Integrations and event-driven systems
• AI / agentic enablement

Own architecture standards for:

• Database design
• System integration
• Event and service orchestration

Ensure alignment between:

• Client business objectives
• Excellon product roadmap
• Technology stack decisions
• Drive modernization initiatives across legacy and new systems.
• Act as a senior technology advisor for large enterprise clients.
• Review and approve solution designs for correctness and scalability.
• Guide adoption of agentic and AI-first architectures.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 15+ years in enterprise / solution architecture roles with Strong background in:
• Database and data modelling
• System integration
• Distributed and event-driven systems
• Proven experience handling complex, multi-system enterprise landscapes.
• Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills.
