Summary
7-month contract Enterprise Architect role in Brisbane leading architecture for an SAP S/4HANA Finance upgrade: building EA frameworks and roadmaps, governing solution design, steering integrations and custom-code remediation, and supporting testing and cutover. Pays $1,350/day; strong SAP S/4HANA Finance experience required.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks, target-state architectures, technology roadmaps and governance standards.
Provide architectural leadership and assurance across the SAP S/4HANA Finance upgrade, including solution design, integrations and platform migration.
Develop and maintain Solution Architecture Documents (SADs), ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Oversee architecture governance, design approvals and technical assurance across complex enterprise systems.
Provide architectural direction across SAP custom code remediation, security, interfaces and integrations.
Support system integration testing, performance testing, cutover planning and transition activities.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors to deliver effective architecture outcomes.
Skills & Experience
Demonstrated experience as an Enterprise Architect delivering large-scale ICT transformation programs.
Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, including architecture design, upgrades and platform migrations.
Exposure to RISE with SAP / Private Cloud Edition (PCE) environments.
Proven ability to develop enterprise architecture strategies, target-state designs, transition roadmaps and integration frameworks.
Experience managing architectural governance, technical assurance and solution design approvals.
Strong understanding of enterprise integration, cloud architecture, cybersecurity and infrastructure domains.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and technical leadership capabilities.
Highly Desirable
Experience across SAP HR/Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors or other complex enterprise SAP environments.
Previous involvement in major SAP version upgrades, custom code remediation or enterprise platform migrations.
TOGAF, ArchiMate or equivalent enterprise architecture certifications.
Experience delivering ICT transformation within government or similarly complex enterprise environments.
