Enterprise Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer, you will work with Account Executives and customer technical contacts to improve the technical sales process, provide tailored support, and architect integrations. You will create technical demonstrations and enablement resources, build self-service tools and documentation, and identify common integration patterns to productize with product teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Work with customer and prospective customer technical contacts to provide tailored support and architect solutions.
• Create technical demonstrations that communicate the product value proposition.
• Develop technical enablement resources for the sales team.
• Build self-service tools and documentation for customer implementation.
• Identify common integration patterns and features to productize with product teams.

Requirements

• Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.
• Experience working directly with customers and providing tailored technical support.
• Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
• Empathy for customers, sales teams, and product teams.
• Technical background in architecting integrations between solutions and existing customer systems.
• Python proficiency.
• Understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
• Excellent communication skills adaptable to different audiences.
