Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to queries via calls, email or fax.
Assist with incident tracking and first-level troubleshooting for desktop, LAN, WAN, infrastructure and voice service issues.
Log and follow up on IT service requests, escalating unresolved issues when necessary.
Assist with user account administration, activation, changes and terminations.
Requirements
Minimum Nitec in any discipline.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic IT knowledge is an advantage; no prior IT experience required.
