ERP Data Migration Project Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ERP Data Migration Project Manager to support a complex ERP transition and migration program within an M&A environment. The role will focus on governance, data migration activities, stakeholder coordination, service delivery oversight, and ensuring successful TSA exit and migration readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Lead ERP migration governance and coordinate stakeholders across Seller, Buyer, and service provider organizations.
Manage ERP and cross-system data extraction, migration, validation, and provisioning activities.
Ensure stable ERP operations and TSA service performance throughout the transition period.
Track and manage risks, issues, change requests, and cross-functional dependencies.
Coordinate third-party vendors and ensure delivery against project milestones.
Drive migration planning, readiness assessments, cutover preparation, and TSA exit activities.
Prepare status reports and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven experience managing ERP data migration or ERP transformation projects.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior leadership.
Experience in project governance, service delivery, risk management, and change management.
Hands-on, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent English.
Nice to Have
Deep ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
Experience with M&A programs, ERP carve-outs, or separation projects.
Experience with TSA governance and exit management.
Background in managing external vendors and complex migration workstreams.
