Project Manager (Sales Enablement)

About the Role
We are currently seeking a Temporary Project Manager to support key Sales Enablement initiatives across the EMEA region for our client in the technology sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong project management experience, a track record of working with international teams, and the ability to coordinate multiple activities in a dynamic business environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring programs that support the effectiveness and development of the sales organization across multiple EMEA countries.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate training schedules and sales enablement activities.
Manage attendee registration processes and monitor event participation and logistics.
Track project progress against agreed plans, milestones, and deadlines.
Organize and facilitate recurring project meetings, including agenda preparation and meeting summaries.
Create and maintain project documentation, status reports, action logs, and risk registers.
Identify potential risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
Coordinate collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders across EMEA markets.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare project performance reports.
Support the continuous improvement of processes, standards, and tools related to Sales Enablement program delivery.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Business Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related field.
Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders, teams, or international markets.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Ability to track project progress, manage timelines, and effectively drive actions to completion.
Proficiency in project management and reporting tools such as Microsoft Office, Airtable, Asana, or similar platforms.
Experience working within a matrix organization will be considered a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the technology industry or within large multinational organizations.
Experience supporting sales training programs, enablement initiatives, or commercial transformation projects.
Ability to work with data, dashboards, and performance reporting.
