ERP Transformation Specialist - Odoo

Job Title: ERP Transformation Specialist (Odoo)

Location: Mumbai
Experience: 4-7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead migration from Tally Prime to Odoo ERP.
• Manage ERP implementation, testing, go-live, and user adoption.
• Coordinate data migration, reconciliation, and system configuration.
• Optimize finance, accounting, inventory, and business processes.
• Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and financial reporting frameworks.
• Train users and provide post-implementation support.
• Liaise with Finance, IT, Operations, and external implementation partners.

Requirements:

• CA / CPA / ACCA / MBA Finance.
• 4+ years of ERP implementation or transformation experience.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP and financial systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, inventory, and business processes.
• Experience in data migration, UAT, and change management.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience migrating from Tally to Odoo.
• Exposure to multi-country and multi-currency operations.
• Background in trading, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
