Key Responsibilities
- Analyse client business processes and requirements to propose suitable Odoo solutions
- Configure customize and deploy Odoo ERP modules such as Accounting Inventory CRM HRMS and Manufacturing
- Conduct end-user training sessions and provide documentation for Odoo functionalities
- Collaborate with the technical team for advanced customizations and integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues during and after implementation
- Provide ongoing support and ensure client satisfaction with Odoo solutions
- Stay updated with Odoo s latest features and developments to offer innovative solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor € s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or in ERP implementation.
- Strong understanding of Odoo modules and their business applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage client expectations.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Odoo or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Middle East business environment and VAT compliance.
- Experience in managing multi-industry Odoo implementations.
