  • Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, including corporate summits, team-building activities, and celebrations, ensuring they align with organizational purposes and budgetary constraints.
  • Manage projects from conception to completion, overseeing timelines, budgets, and deliverables for all events and initiatives.
  • Source and manage vendors, suppliers, and venues for events, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate the ordering and distribution of merchandise, ensuring branding consistency and timely delivery.
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, providing updates on event planning progress, seeking input, and addressing concerns or feedback.
  • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and understanding when organizing events in diverse regions, ensuring activities are respectful and inclusive of local customs and traditions.
  • Evaluate the success of events through attendee feedback and post-event analysis, provide reports to management with recommendations for future improvements.
  • In addition to participating in major creative projects, the candidate will also be responsible for performing operational routine tasks. These tasks include, but are not limited to, daily event administration, documentation preparation, handling client inquiries, and supporting ongoing initiatives. The candidate should be prepared to perform such tasks and possess organizational skills to effectively manage operational processes.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in event management, preferably in a corporate environment;
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to innovate and problem-solve;
  • Cultural sensitivity and understanding of diverse cultural norms and customs;
  • English: B2;
  • The candidate should be prepared for frequent changes and demonstrate adaptability and a rapid response to challenges;
  • Experience in MICE will be an advantage.
