Senior Project Specialist
We are looking for a proactive Project Specialist to join a team focused on launching and coordinating experimental, high-impact initiatives. You'll help keep projects moving, align cross-functional teams, track progress, and ensure ideas are translated into execution
- Coordinate cross-functional projects from planning to delivery
- Track project status, timelines, risks, dependencies, and action items
- Prepare project briefs, meeting notes, and follow up on key decisions
- Support the launch of new initiatives and experiments
- Keep project documentation organized and up to date
- Identify blockers and escalate issues when needed
- Collect and organize data to support project execution and decision-making
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Coordinate communication across Product, Marketing, Content, and Operations teams
- Manage document flow with external partners (NDAs, contracts, etc.)
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other project materials
- Support ad hoc operational and project-related tasks
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or project management. 5+ years of total experience.
- Experience in EdTech or another fast-paced digital product environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset and confidence working with data (Google Sheets/Excel; Tableau is a plus)
- SQL or Python is a plus
- Clear written and verbal communication
- English B2+
