Field Engineer Public Sector

You will partner with account executives on technical discovery, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical validation. You will build relationships across engineering, security, product, IT, procurement, and program stakeholders; support secure developer workflows; deliver workshops; advocate for customer needs; and prepare customers for successful onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives on technical discovery, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical validation
• Build trusted relationships with engineering, security, product, and IT stakeholders
• Support developer workflows and AI tooling in mission-critical, high-security environments
• Deliver technical presentations, whiteboard sessions, and workshops
• Advocate for customer needs with Product and Engineering
• Coordinate a clean handoff to post-sales and support successful onboarding

Requirements

• Communication skills and executive presence
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
• Technical fluency in workflows, AI tooling, and complex constrained environments
• Experience in Field Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales, or Consulting
• Knowledge of federal, defense, or highly regulated technology
• Federal security clearance or ability to obtain one
