Field Specialist II – Well Services
Job Overview
The Field Specialist II is responsible for safely preparing, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting downhole tools during well intervention operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, inspect, assemble, and function-test tools and equipment.
- Execute field operations according to approved procedures and customer requirements.
- Support fishing, milling, cleanout, setting, retrieval, and completion operations.
- Troubleshoot equipment and operational issues at the wellsite.
- Complete job reports, equipment records, and service documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and well-control requirements.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and operations teams.
Skills
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read tool drawings, well schematics, and job procedures.
- Good English communication skills.
Qualifications
- Technical diploma or engineering degree.
- Relevant oilfield field experience. Preferred field experience in Thru-Tubing Services, Coiled Tubing Operations or Completion Services.
- Willingness to work offshore, remotely, and on rotational assignments.
