Job Overview
The Field Specialist II is responsible for safely preparing, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting downhole tools during well intervention operations.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare, inspect, assemble, and function-test tools and equipment.
  • Execute field operations according to approved procedures and customer requirements.
  • Support fishing, milling, cleanout, setting, retrieval, and completion operations.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and operational issues at the wellsite.
  • Complete job reports, equipment records, and service documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and well-control requirements.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers and operations teams.
Skills
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read tool drawings, well schematics, and job procedures.
  • Good English communication skills.
Qualifications
  • Technical diploma or engineering degree.
  • Relevant oilfield field experience. Preferred field experience in Thru-Tubing Services, Coiled Tubing Operations or Completion Services.
  • Willingness to work offshore, remotely, and on rotational assignments.
