Monitors and evaluates operations and systems for effectiveness and compliance with internal controls established locally or by higher headquarters.
Performs the full range of financial management analysis and regulatory research work by applying established financial analysis principles, concepts and practices to a wide variety of difficult problem.
Develops standard work processes to enhance detection and correction of errors, uniformity of application of procedures, and improvement of function productivity.
Analyzes and evaluates financial management accounting systems, public laws, governing policies, guidelines, rules, regulations, and precedents.
Collects and analyzes customer service data to determine levels of customer satisfaction and customer desired levels of service.
Duties will be developmental in nature when the position is filled below the full performance level.
