Analyzes and refines agency-level programs for cost, resource, and performance management, providing policy guidance and developing tools to support program objectives.

Participates and executes all aspects of agency-level programs within cost, resource management, schedule, performance, and/or system supportability requirements.
Provides guidance to the sites on policies and procedures of the respective program.
Refines existing work methods and techniques for application to the analysis of specific issues or resolution of problems.
Identifies operational and resource management requirements, assesses impact on assignments, and develops recommendations for changes and revisions as appropriate.
Develops tools, templates, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), etc. for site use to ensure effective execution of program objectives.
