What You'll Do
- Clean, fillet, portion, and prepare fresh fish and seafood
- Create attractive seafood displays for guests
- Maintain freshness, quality, and product rotation standards
- Assist guests with seafood selections and recommendations
- Support inventory, stocking, and organization of storage areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
