Forex CFD Account Manager (Filipino Speaking)

The Account Manager will promote TMGM's products and services, generate client pipelines, build relationships, provide responsive customer service, resolve client enquiries, and work toward sales and performance targets while developing knowledge of financial markets, foreign exchange, and TMGM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell TMGM's products and services
• Identify and generate client pipelines independently
• Build and nurture relationships with new clients
• Deliver exceptional customer service across communication channels
• Respond quickly and professionally to client enquiries
• Resolve client issues effectively
• Work toward KPIs and sales targets
• Expand knowledge of markets, the FX industry, and TMGM platforms and products
• Achieve team and individual performance metrics

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in the Forex industry
• Customer-focused experience in customer service, sales, outbound or inbound support, consulting, or similar fields is advantageous
• Willingness to learn practical financial knowledge and professional skills
• Comfort making high volumes of outbound calls and engaging with diverse buyers
• Confident communication skills or motivation to improve communication abilities
• Strong ownership, proactive problem-solving, and results orientation
• Excellent communication abilities with adaptability to different audiences
• Proficiency in English and Filipino
