Day to day: fine-tuning models and designing the RL environments, datasets, and evals that train and test autonomous research agents.

What you’ll do
- use the latest methods from machine learning, statistics and the behavioural sciences to build, evaluate and improve simulations of people and markets
- build self-improving autoresearch agents that work as autonomous social science researchers
- fine-tune models, and design the RL environments, datasets and evals that train and test them
You might be a good fit if you have
- an advanced degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or a related discipline
- a track record of exceptional research
- strong quantitative skills, with experience building evals or running experiments
- strong programming and system design skills
